Level of finishing of Grand Sirena apartments:



The level of finishing of the three buildings will be in accordance with the highest construction standards and will incorporate substantial outer wall insulation. All apartments will have full air conditioning and windows will be double glazed, with wood-effect frames. Tiled floorings. Solid internal walls, smooth-plastered and painted. Ceilings smooth plastered and painted white. Each apartment will have quality wooden doors and a solid front door with security locks. Telephone, TV and Internet cable connections will be installed.
