Description
Building 1 has three entrances, each with separate staircase. The building has 79 apartments. There are 33 one-room apartments of 30 to 48 sq.m.; 32 two-room apartments of 49 to 66 sq.m; 7 three-room apartments of 79 to 96 sq.m.; 6 four-room apartments of 88 to 102 sq.m. The plan schemes are implemented in such a way that all the living rooms face the sea.

Building 2 has four entrances. There are two entrances on the west side of the building facing the inner street and two entrances on the north side of the building facing the main road. Each staircase is equipped with a lift. The building has 73 apartments. There are 24 one-room apartments of 24 to 73 sq.m; 25 two-bedroom apartments of 54 to 81 sq.m.; 23 three-room apartments of 73 to 102 sq.m.; There is a luxury four-room apartment of 158 sq.m on the top of the building. A roof terrace of 40 sq.m is attached to it. The plan schemes are designed in such a way that the living rooms(in most implementations one or two bedrooms)face the sea.

The settlement provides large water areas for recreation- a combined open pool of 190 sq.m and a bar of 110 sq.m. attached to it.

There are 30 parking places(including those for disabled people) and an extra parking lot for 50 vehicles will be used if necessary.

The settlement is immersed in natural vegetation .Some exotic tree species are provided to enrich the local fauna and give the settlement a more exotic look. Attractive rockeries combined with colourful flowerbeds have been designed. The water areas turn this place into a cozy and unique one.

In the development of the residential structures and spaces, the architect has tried to recreate the atmosphere of the Old Bulgarian Architecture. Typical for this period spacious balconies above the first floor, narrow windows, eaves, bay windows to the street and yard, high stone walls and towers, wooden gates, railings and staircase are observed in the construction of the architectural image of the settlement. The multi-storey volumes ate "torn" by ranking different materials (plain Gradeshnitsa stone, contrasting wooden elements, smooth white plaster), roofs at different levels, breaking the configuration a and other architectural techniques that add to the architectural composition characteristic of the Bulgarian architecture.

Alley network has been developed in an orthogonal system. The same approach was applied in the structuring of the water areas which are a combination of a swimming pool for children and adults, with a total size of 187 sq.m. There are appropriate facilities serving the water areas including a WC for men and women.

The access to each entrance of the building is walking as well as a road one by means of streets and pedestrian alleys. Wheelchair and pram ramps have been built where necessary.

The facades are treated with smooth white plaster mineral-based and framed in brown with contrast coloured wooden elements. The sockets, first and some of the second floors have beentreated with coating Gradeshnitsa plain stone. The roofs are covered with tiles resembling the old Bulgarian roof tiles. The windows are made of colourful aluminium profiles. The balcony railings arewooden and implemented at a height of 1.05 m. above the finished floor. All the wooden elements are treated with modern fire resistant sealants and finishes.

The combination of sea and mountain air, the lack of industrial enterprises, the proximity of Nessebar, acknowledged by UNESCO as a world cultural monument, the convenient communications and opportunities for hunting, fishing, forestry and wine tourism, make this place unique in the world.
