In order to help the customers, we have provided a floating payment schedule, which includes 4 instalments evenly distributed in time. Only the first instalment is fixed - 30 percent of the price. The other three instalments are determined by the customer and the latest one should be paid on the same day of forming the title deed.
It will be a discount on the purchasing of 3 /three/ or more apartments.
The agreement for the maintenance provides payment of annual fee - 12 euros per sq.m. /VAT included/
